The Char are fed only natural products and are raised without any chemicals or antibiotics in any stage of their development. Our Arctic Char are bursting with strength and vitality. One day they are swimming in the frigid, clean water of the Cascade Mountains, and within a day or two they are on your plate.
All Orders are Custom Orders
Our Arctic Char may be purchased whole, dressed at 4 to 6 pounds each, or filleted with pin bone in or out. When your order is made, the Char you ordered are ethically stunned, dressed and ready for transport within hours. They are delivered with a minimum amount of handling to protect the delicate properties of the flesh.
